Michael P. A. Murphy is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Political Studies at Queen’s University, a Digital Policy Hub Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, and an associate member of the University of Ottawa’s Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Research Unit. He is the author of Quantum Social Theory for Critical International Relations Theorists (Palgrave, 2021) and over thirty peer-reviewed articles, which have garnered over 1600 citations. He is a former school board trustee, and currently serves as Editorial Assistant at Security Dialogue, and 2022–2023 President of the Active Learning in International Affairs Section of the ISA.
