Manage operations of a privately owned Urgent Care and Family Practice clinic. Provide support for 2 mid level providers, clerical staff and nursing staff. Conducting interviews, hiring and overseeing of all clinical and clerical training of employees. Ordering of all clinical and clerical supplies from various vendors. Managing a CLIA Moderate Laboratory. Prepare and review monthly QC/QA data for accuracy from a CBC Hematology analyzer. Performing CLIA moderate and CLIA waived laboratory testing. Provide venipuncture procedures and IV therapy to patients as necessary. Performing DOT and Non DOT urine drug screens. Assist with DOT physicals as needed. Perform X-ray procedures on patients when needed. Verify X-ray exams and forward exams to an offsite Radiologist for over reads. Verifying accuracy of CMS-1500 forms for all daily patients and submitting to a clearinghouse for insurance company processing.Review of 60 and 90 day unpaid claims from all insurance companies. Correct and reprocess claims that have been denied. Contacting insurance companies to follow up on denied claims for non payment of services.Complete ongoing credentialing of providers with insurance companies.
