    The National Churches Trust (NCT) supports and promotes church buildings of historic, architectural and community value. We are the independent, UK-wide charity supporting churches, chapels and meeting houses of all Christian denominations. The NCT grants programme allocates c£1.5m of funds across the UK annually, including our core Repair and Community Grant programmes to help address urgent structural repairs and new facilities in churches. Provide line management for the Grants Manager, overseeing the review and development of the NCT grants programmes.2. Provide line management and strategic direction for the Regional Development Manager who is leads on developing the NCT's relationship with over 35 local and regional trusts.3. With the CEO, develop strategy and operational plans for church support for the NCT.4. Deputise for the CEO, attending meetings with key stakeholders and acting as media spokesperson for the NCT as required.5. Lead the Church Support team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.6. Develop strategy to build networks and partnerships in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.7. Support the development and sustainability of the Trusts ExploreChurches tourism website project.8. Develop the NCT's external profile through relationship building and contribution to conferences, symposia and seminars.9.
