In my last three years with McGrath I was the Head of Sales and was running McGrath’s 27 company owned offices.I am moving in to sales coaching in conjunction with Chris Mercer and the Live Group and I am excited to share what I have learned more broadly with the real estate sector. Michael was appointed Head of Company Sales for McGrath Limited in May 2021. He joined the company in 2016 as Sales Manager for one of Sydney’s fastest growing areas of Northern Districts and Hills region, and in 2018 was named the coveted Sales Manager of the Year by the company. Michael moved into the role of acting Head of Sales in late 2019, successfully navigating the sales team through the COVID-19 pandemic. Michael has a wealth of management, coaching and software experience, having also run his own real estate agency. As Head of Company Sales, Michael oversees the performance of all company owned offices located in both QLD and NSW and leads a team of over 350 sales professionals where he will focus on mentoring, training and professional development.
