I joined the real estate industry in 2008 after a long career in finance and have been a licensed real estate agent since 2010.My start was unique, as I began with the Real Estate Academy, a strategic sales training company, where I managed the academy for three years, learning firsthand what top-performing agents do to excel. This role provided an invaluable foundation in high-level sales strategies even before I worked directly in real estate offices.I then became a selling Principal on the Central Coast of NSW for 2.5 years before relocating to Sydney, where I began a 7-year tenure with McGrath, Australia's largest residential real estate business at the time. Starting as a Sales Manager, I eventually became the Head of Sales (Director of Sales), coaching and managing over 50 agents and their teams. McGrath's sales management model was built around coaching, which allowed me to refine my approach to agent performance and team development.Now, with over 15 years in the industry, I work as a high-performance coach, drawing from a wealth of experience as an agent, sales manager, general manager, and executive. My coaching approach is grounded in real, lived experience across every level of real estate.
