Lead asset management and dispositions for a portfolio of $500 million+ in equity capital (asset value $1.5 billion+) invested throughout the United States by Eagle Realty Group on behalf of Western and Southern Financial Group. Support closing of new equity investments. Investments include: structured equity joint-venture partnerships for development and value-add projects in the multi-family sector, Class A office assets and "last mile" industrial assets. Eagle Realty Group oversees $6.5 billion+ in wholly owned and structured equity investments, fund investments and mortgage loans.

Responsible for the financial and operational performance of 30 Hudson Yards with leadership responsibilities across the 8.4 million sf (800,000 sq meter) portfolio of office assets at Hudson Yards, an 18 million sf (1.7 million sq meter) mixed-use development project on the west side of midtown Manhattan.

Strategic consulting to institutional owners and managers of commercial real estate. Current and completed mandates include: management of the set-up of a development, management, leasing and construction organization partnered with a UK-based private equity group; lead the procurement of a real estate software suite to provide property and asset level data management in support of fund level reporting requirements; and advised on the acquisition and subsequent integration of operating management services companies into an existing platform to maintain organizational growth in line with investment program.

Managed 75+ person team responsible for Asset and Property Management of 26 retail, office, logistics, and industrial assets totaling 5.4 million+ square feet (510,000 square meters), valued at over $650 million, located in four countries. P&L responsibility for the combined fee-generating Asset Management, Leasing, Project Management, and Property Management activities of the company.

Responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of European commercial real estate assets owned by AIG managed investment funds. Board of Directors officer overseeing equity committed to development projects in Finland, Latvia, and Germany. Reviewed and approved the business plan, leasing plan, capital program and operating budgets for each asset. Developed and implemented a long term financial strategy for each investment. Assisted the Fund Manager and Institutional Sales team with presentations to potential and existing clients.

Led the investment team for Tishman International's Eastern European office. Managed property acquisitions and developments. Reviewed proposals and negotiated debt financing and structuring of equity partnerships. Oversaw the financial aspects of marketing and leasing efforts for office and logistics properties. Major projects included: Negotiated debt financing for development of Sofia Airport Center, a hotel, office, and logistics center of over 1.9 million square feet (180,000 square meters). Assisted with formation of an equity partnership with major U.S. corporation for a mixed-use office and logistics project.

Performed financial analysis and advised on property acquisitions and developments. Responsible for underwriting, cash flow modeling, market research and due diligence for commercial acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe. Major projects included project budgeting and cash flow modeling for development of Sofia Airport Center, a hotel, office, and logistics center of over 1.9 million square feet (180,000 square meters).

Advisor to the Enterprise Development and Strengthening project which was implemented by USAID and CHF International in Romania. Project objectives were to strengthen the information technology and tourism sectors of the Romanian economy through management competitiveness consulting, legal and regulatory reform, and access to finance.

Responsible for operations, financial management, and marketing of large high rise office properties of over 1.2 million+ square feet (110,000 square meters) in the Chicago central loop business district.
