On September 11, 2011 -- ten years after 9/11 changed his life and the lives of so many others -- Myers pulled his first whiskey off a copper still in his 300sq.ft distillery. He set out to create a one of a kind, big, bold and beautiful Colorado Whiskey. 10 years later, 291 Colorado Whiskey is Colorado’s most highly awarded whiskey, Distillery 291 is Colorado Springs oldest operating distillery and recently expanded into 26,000 sq.ft.
