Working for a public companies, private companies, shareholders, financial institutions and groups of investors, I have a corporate/commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on securities litigation, shareholder disputes and fraud recovery litigation. I have traced, frozen and recovered assets from foreign and domestic defendants and have been involved in many precedent-setting decisions in the field of fraud recovery law in Alberta.
