Developing a high degree of specialization within employment law has been the hallmark of my career so far. This includes working within legal fields closely related to employment law such as good marketing practice, agency- and consultancy agreements, commercial contracts and general contract law. I have broad experience within dispute resolution, litigation and due diligence in connection with transactions and outsourcing, and have been working on some of the historically most complex and largest transactions from an HR perspective.I am primarily advising employers on all aspects of employment law and in particular in relation to variable remuneration, stock options and pensions. Further, I render advice on the employment and termination of management employees and employment in public and semi-public institutions. From time to time, I assist private individuals.I have conducted cases before the Industrial Tribunals, arbitration and the ordinary courts; however, I always aim at finding practical solutions before going to court and during the litigation process. As a special area of expertise, I assist enterprises which are subject to a collective bargaining agreement in questions related to the interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement and disputes with trade unions concerning breaches of collective bargaining agreements. Further, I am continuously advising companies being met with a claim by trade unions to enter into a collective bargaining agreement.Finally, I have deep insight in the complex regulation comprising the financial sector as well as immigration, work and residence permits and citizenship. Recently, I have also been working with different crypto related assignments and different kind of tax disputes.I am teaching various courses and seminars especially wihtin the field of cross border work and international employment law.My representation of clients spans from smal and medium sized privately owned companies and groups to large listed international companies. The working path chosen gives me the privilege to work with the most dedicated people and to have insight to latest international trends and developments - an insight I always make use of to the benefit of clients and commercial partners.Human Rights and protection of same is close at heart which is why I do pro bono work for various organizations.
