Associate Professor in the US Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing (USAGPAN); responsible for educating, training and developing Army Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Supported the leadership in executing the AMEDDC&S, HRCoE and MEDCOM mission. Coordinate 38 semester hours of doctoral level academic curriculum for approximately graduate students. Course Director for Statistics, and instructor Fundamental of Anesthesia Course, and anesthesia simulation. Serve as academic and professional counselor for graduate students and Research Chair on basic science research projects for graduate students. Maintained readiness as an advanced practice health care provider and Army 66F. Responsible for basic science research at USAGPAN to include: grant submission and oversee budget, coordination and collaboration with partner groups to review proposals, providing administrative, systems, and processes guidance as well as research materials and equipment.
