Supported all regional VPs in the planning, monitoring and management of their business units as they assumed full P&L responsibility for their respective regions. Routinely achieved annual company-wide profits of 7% to 10%, even through the 2008/09 recession, by assuring high project multiples (2.5x - 4x) and strong project team utilizations (85%+) while minimizing and controlling overhead spend. Set up new HR and recruiting systems supporting the unprecedented (50%+ year-over- year) staffing growth we were experiencing to include hiring requisitions, new hire onboarding and training, formal employee reviews, and a new employee bonus plan. -
