Represent the Streeterville Studio as the knowledgeable and professional fitness leader for the Coaches, Sales staff, and members. Head Coach must maintain and uphold valid certifications and CEUs throughout tenure within the role. -Responsible for creating and maintaining class schedule – daily, weekly, and monthly for a team of 8 coaches. - Responsible for community outreach and studio outreach activities to grow the business, building studio class attendance, retaining current membership and achieving monthly revenue budgets and all “special” events that pertains to fitness. - Manage Coaching team - providing continuing education, quarterly evaluations, weekly checkins, and more. - Conducts monthly fitness staff meetings and attends all relative, mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings. - Works with Regional Trainer to educate, train, and hire new talent. - Coach an average of 17 Orangetheory classes per week.
