In 2019, I embarked on a journey as the Co-founder of yaso.co.il together with my partner Ofek Seroussi, an Automated Video Invitation platform, which has since revolutionized event planning in Israel. Our concept was simple yet groundbreaking: automate video invitations, a task traditionally handled by graphic and motion designers. By integrating cutting-edge automation technology with aesthetically appealing video templates, we rapidly became Israel's leading provider of video invitations, delivering over 12,000 videos without requiring hands-on design intervention.Our system's efficiency is unparalleled, capable of processing an order in under five minutes. However, the real challenge transcended technical prowess; it lay in navigating the business landscape. We had to craft innovative marketing strategies, differentiate ourselves in a competitive market, and manage growing operational complexities. This evolution from a startup to a flourishing business involved expanding our team to ten members, managing sales, RSVP tracking, customer success, and design.Today, yaso.co.il stands not just as a testament to innovative technology but also as a symbol of entrepreneurial resilience. We've successfully navigated business challenges, from hiring employees to differentiating our services in a market still catching up to our speed. Our journey from a nascent idea to a substantial enterprise managing diverse business functions underlines our growth.As we look ahead, our focus is on further automating our services to ensure even more seamless operations. With over 200 designs on our platform and a significant revenue milestone of 1.5 million, we've proven that there's ample opportunity to disrupt and lead in niche industries. Our next phase is about enhancing our automation capabilities, making our platform even more user-independent, and continually refining our service to stay ahead of the curve.

As a Freelance Motion Graphic Designer, I've had the pleasure of contributing to "Realo", a frontrunner in Israel's digital signage industry. My portfolio with Realo is marked by collaborations with illustrious brands like Urbanica, Shlomo Sixt, Sonol, and Nike, among others. Each brand presents unique challenges and demands bespoke motion graphics that resonate with their identity and message.Digital signage transcends conventional digital design by engaging with audiences in the physical space – a domain where content not only needs to catch the eye but also fit seamlessly into the consumer's environment. Whether it’s capturing the fast-paced attention of mall-goers, enhancing the urban landscape, or providing an engaging visual narrative to shoppers in line at the supermarket, every project demands a deep understanding of space, viewer dynamics, and the purpose behind each screen.My role involves an intricate process of conceptualizing, designing, and animating content that lives and breathes in the real world. This requires a keen insight into human interaction with digital displays, an anticipation of viewing distances and angles, and a strategic approach to content that is both informative and appealing.Crafting these experiences is about creating a moment of connection between the brand and its audience, turning a passing glance into a memorable interaction. As an After Effects Developer, I had the privilege of spearheading a pivotal workflow automation project for Pikud HaOref. My comprehensive role took me through the full spectrum of development, from defining intricate user flows to the meticulous crafting of prototypes and overseeing the final production stages. The initiative was aimed at creating a suite of extension panels and sophisticated scripts, coupled with the integration of diverse platforms, to significantly streamline the operational workload and bolster efficiency across the board.Responding to the critical requirement initiated on the 7th of October, where citizens needed immediate updates on unfolding events, our objective was to empower city halls to autonomously generate informative graphics and videos. To this end, we devised a robust solution that allowed soldiers and designers to rapidly assemble dynamic templates across Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects. This was achieved through custom extensions specifically engineered to facilitate the design process.The impact was profound – we reduced the complexity and time investment previously needed, enabling the production of dozens of posts daily, a quantum leap from the studio's former capacity. This not only optimized our internal resources but also ensured that critical information was disseminated to the public swiftly and effectively.The outcome was transformative: our custom extensions cut down production time significantly, allowing graphic and motion designers to shift from crafting a handful of posts to dozens daily. This efficiency breakthrough enabled timely and vital communication, marking a significant stride in our operational capabilities and public engagement.
