By integrating cutting-edge automation technology with aesthetically appealing video templates, we rapidly became Israel's leading provider of video invitations, delivering over 12,000 videos without requiring hands-on design intervention.Our system's efficiency is unparalleled, capable of processing an order in under five minutes. However, the real challenge transcended technical prowess; it lay in navigating the business landscape. We had to craft innovative marketing strategies, differentiate ourselves in a competitive market, and manage growing operational complexities. This evolution from a startup to a flourishing business involved expanding our team to ten members, managing sales, RSVP tracking, customer success, and design.Today, yaso.co.il stands not just as a testament to innovative technology but also as a symbol of entrepreneurial resilience. We've successfully navigated business challenges, from hiring employees to differentiating our services in a market still catching up to our speed. As an After Effects Developer, I had the privilege of spearheading a pivotal workflow automation project for Pikud HaOref. My comprehensive role took me through the full spectrum of development, from defining intricate user flows to the meticulous crafting of prototypes and overseeing the final production stages. The initiative was aimed at creating a suite of extension panels and sophisticated scripts, coupled with the integration of diverse platforms, to significantly streamline the operational workload and bolster efficiency across the board.Responding to the critical requirement initiated on the 7th of October, where citizens needed immediate updates on unfolding events, our objective was to empower city halls to autonomously generate informative graphics and videos. To this end, we devised a robust solution that allowed soldiers and designers to rapidly assemble dynamic templates across Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects. This was achieved through custom extensions specifically engineered to facilitate the design process.The impact was profound – we reduced the complexity and time investment previously needed, enabling the production of dozens of posts daily, a quantum leap from the studio's former capacity. This not only optimized our internal resources but also ensured that critical information was disseminated to the public swiftly and effectively.The outcome was transformative: our custom extensions cut down production time significantly, allowing graphic and motion designers to shift from crafting a handful of posts to dozens daily. This efficiency breakthrough enabled timely and vital communication, marking a significant stride in our operational capabilities and public engagement.
