Tasked with Business partnering with Australia Post’ s eCommerce program which is a capital program in nature that will deliver a new national parcel network valued in excess of $750m and to support parcel revenue growth in excess of 100% over the next 6 years.• Business partnered matrix organisation including project managers, engineers, procurement and internal stakeholders to form an understanding of business drivers and expected outcomes and results; presenting recommendations to gain buy-in for new initiatives.• Assessed impact of potential strategies; undertaking financial modelling and analysis to determine viability of investment proposals, identified anomalies in cost units, and substantiated business cases for proposals. • Melbourne & Sydney Parcel Facility Expansion – worked with the project team through vendor selection, modelled machines specification options, developed benefits, presented to stakeholders in the lead up to seeking approval. TIC: $220m • Unique Parcel Identification – Developing a standard ‘Smart’ Barcode for all Parcel products to enable sort automation and drive last mile delivery efficiencies by sorting to DPID level as opposed to the current postcode level. TIC: $14m• E2E Scanning and Tracking – The rollout of 27,000 Hand held Scanners nationally to enable 100% track and trace capability across the network. TIC: $39m

FTN / GSM-R Project – a national infrastructure project, valued at £1.8b, to implement a standardised system across Great Britain, comprising construction of 2,200 GSM-R sites, laying 16,000km of fiber cable, andfitting 5,000 rains with cab radios.Tasked with developing business cases to delivery financial saving of £100m to the program, which entailed heavy business partnering within the matrix organization and external contractors.
