Mr. Nardone has 41 years of experience in the U.S. and Latin American engineering consulting industry. He has served in the capacity of Office Manager, Regional Manager, U.S. Government Sector Leader, and U.S. Development Director during the course of his career. His broad areas of management, expertise, familiarity, and specific business development experience include program and construction management, water resources, hazardous waste assessment and remediation, ecological permitting, mining, architectural design, waste, civil engineering, construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, water treatment plants and wastewater systems, airport fueling systems, sustainability (LEED design, climate change, and resiliency), environmental social governance, emergency management, and claims analysis. Since April of 2021, Mr. Nardone has served as a Senior Vice President for WSP. His current role at WSP includes directing U.S. business development across all of WSP's Earth & Environment Sectors (Oil & Gas, Commercial & Industrial, Mining, Waste, Federal, State & Local, Water, and Power). In 2023 Mr. Nardone was responsible for delivering Gross Sales of $1.327 Billion across the U.S. with his sales organization. Actual Sales in 2023 exceeded Plan by over $50 Million. Mr. Nardone has developed successful strategies for capitalizing on energy transition trends; resiliency & sustainability; increasing regulatory demands associated with emerging contaminants, like PFAS; and for increasing infrastructure spend relating to large decarbonization projects, for public & private clients. Mr. Nardone was an operations manager for 35 years and has experience managing offices in over 14 geographies domestically and across Latin America (including Peru, Chile, Mexico, and Panama).
