Michael is a passionate and skilled behaviour change expert. Having previously helped young people make changes to their behaviour through the use of a variety of techniques and programmes, to now helping people make changes to their health and wellbeing through the form of weight loss and health improvement.Having been a self employed weight loss consultant since January 2020, working and helping people achieve their weight loss goals and improve their health during a global pandemic is my biggest achievement to date. I am currently the Lead Health and Wellbeing coach delivering the National Diabetes Prevention Programme in Greater Manchester. The role is one I enjoy wholeheartedly, allowing me to combine my leadership, motivational and organisational skills, with my behaviour change knowledge and skill set, combined with my passion for coaching, enthusiasm and supportive characteristics in helping people to lose weight, make more healthier choices and become more active.I would welcome the opportunity to deliver health and wellbeing intervention workshops in business, looking at tacking the problems around staff absences, wellbeing and mental health.
