Monitoring project QA/QC activities during the Construction Phase.• Coordinate and schedule the field test and inspection performance by the QA/QC.• Monitor daily construction activities and materials delivered to the site.• supervising engineering's and laboratory staff.• Document ,Monitor and track and submit the documentation for inspection and tests done by the client or the third party.• Setting up and monitoring quality systems including Quality Control Procedures and plans for civil construction projects.• Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC Engineers/ Inspectors on site including a site Civil Materials Testing Laboratory.• Perform internal quality audits.
