Served as member of the architecture, development, and Unix systems team for Hotels.com (also CRB member).Responsibilities: Maintained DNS, NMS, mail, and application servers; developed tools (Perl, shell, expect, Knoppix), DR procedures, created audit report summaries, generated procedural and compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley) documentation. Author of the Hotels.com Unix Environment Operations Manual, evaluated/trained employees, and assessed technical skills of new-hire candidates.
