Fleet Team Leader
CurrentAs Fleet Team Leader, I oversee the management and optimisation of our vehicles, equipment, and facilities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. I lead the development and continuous improvement of asset management systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. By coordinating preventative maintenance, supplier agreements, and lifecycle management, I minimize downtime and maximize value from our assets.In addition, I mentor and support our operations, traffic controllers, and traffic management staff, fostering best practices in asset utilisation and performance. I also manage incident investigations, analyse data, and implement improvement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance overall operational performance. My focus on systems and process development, combined with hands-on asset management, ensures we achieve sustainable, long-term success while delivering industry-leading service to our valued clients.
