A passionate business management professional, with diverse experience overseeing hospitality divisions within casino and luxury hotel properties in Australia, Malaysia and China.Whilst delivering exceptional hospitality products aligned to the strategic direction of the business, I pride myself on continually optimizing to ensure business success and growth.After several years abroad, I returned home to SA in 2018 to play a key part in SkyCity’s recent transformation. Whilst overseeing a significant portfolio of established restaurants & bars, I led the planning and delivery of 8 new concepts across the property in 2020 and continue to oversee and evolve SkyCity’s hospitality precinct to this day.I have a young family who I love spending time with, I am also an avid sports enthusiast and love to travel.
