About Michael Neely

I started my professional career in healthcare in 1989 as a Safety and Security Intern and Patient Transporter at Milwaukee County Medical Complex. Being the son of a Hospital Administrator and an Oncology Nursing Unit Director, you could say healthcare is in my blood. Over my career, I have managed both clinical and nonclinical departments. My passion for healthcare is twofold. First of all, I enjoy helping others whether they are internal or external customers. My personal mission is to ensure patients have a safe environment to heal. This is accomplished by making sure care providers have the appropriate training, process and tools to care for their patients. Secondly, I enjoy the atmosphere of healthcare from the people you work with to the day to day challenges. No two days in healthcare are the same. I can honestly say I have never been bored with any of my healthcare assignments.
