As a Branch Manager I am in charge of everything that happens in my business. I ensure the branch complies with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations and all applicable laws. I supervise, mentor, train, coach, evaluate and develop a staff. I actively participate in our sales and marketing efforts to increase and improve business. I make decision every day that affect the bottom line of my business. I have financial oversight of the profit and loss statement of my business and am responsible for maximizing our profits. My current pay is tied to the success of my business which allows me the opportunity to give myself a raise.
