He is a specialist in construction contracts with wide ranging experience that includes project set-up, contracting strategy, project structuring, tendering, procurement, contract drafting and negotiation, risk reviews, commercial management, contract administration, project reviews, dispute resolution, acting as adjudicator and representing parties in dispute resolution forums.Michael is skilled at leading multidisciplinary teams of construction professionals in major international disputes and dispute resolution forums, interfacing with in-house and external legal teams and advising at an executive level on major international projects.Michael’s recent experience is on global mega-projects and includes hospitals, power stations, international airports, process engineering works, hospitals and major infrastructure works.Michael has international experience in the Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Australia and Japan.Prior to entering into consultancy, Michael worked for a number of construction contractors and was involved in the commercial management and contract administration of major construction projects.* Non-practising.
