Initiate, track, update, and close trouble tickets while alerting internal organizations as needed (customer care, development, engineering, etc.). Help coordinate fiber installations (with Juniper SRX equipment) and voice installations (using Adtran equipment) by working with operators and engineering.

Provide advanced technical support for partner operators, subscribers, and commercial end users. Handle inbound and outbound abuse (copyright infringement, port scan, spam, or virus) calls. Escalate calls to MSO (Multiple Service Operator) whenever necessary. Take Tier 1 transfers that require more technical troubleshooting and report outages or network issues to NOC.
