Overall responsibility for IBM Global Voucher Team, supporting 8 separate voucher programs, distributing 170,000 class and certification test vouchers to over 24,000 IBM Client and Business Partner enterprises worldwide, resulting in $20M in skill enablement activity annually. Responsibilities include ensuring audit-ready execution of voucher operations, enablement of IBM and Training Provider regional delivery teams worldwide, worldwide financial reconciliation, performance metric reporting, ensuring business control compliance, IBM Channel and PartnerWorld integration, voucher application management, and the interlocking of program sponsor funding. Managed the IBM Training and Training Remarketer programs in the United States, as well as the Authorized Independent Training Program worldwide. Responsibilities included managing all aspects of the training channel program, including leading cross-brand channel management teams, performing strategic requirements analysis and solution design, contract management, process control and documentation, monthly metric reporting, business partner payments, partner communication and enablement and program support for IBM PartnerWorld training provider related applications and databases.
