I am responsible for a wide range of duties with in the Dampier plant where I work to meet the required safety, quality and production targets. Part of my daily duties include participating in and contributing to lean prestart, controlling and monitoring Fixed Plant operations, 2-way radio communication, basic plant maintenance also assisting shift maintenance with different tasks, updating SWPs and isolations procedures, spillage clean-up, equipment isolation, shutdown and commissioning as well as reporting and recording all events. I also work closely with other teams such as engineers, maintenance to implement on going continuous improvement initiatives. I have an overarching commitment to health, safety and the environment; I am pro-active, hardworking and I’m a conscientious member of any team.

I was responsible for a wide range of duties with in the Tom Price Plant. Some of my daily duties included: lean prestart, monitoring Fixed Plant operations, basic plant maintenance, updating SWPs and isolations procedures, spillage clean-up, equipment isolation, shutdown and commissioning as well as reporting and recording all events. I worked closely several other teams such as engineers, pit operations and maintenance to help implement numerous continuous improvement initiatives. Operator Skills and Experience:• Gyratory and cone crushing operations including; Gap checks and adjustments, lube pressure faults and start up, foreign object identification and retrieval as well as isolation shutdown preps and start-up.• Screen house operations (Wet and Dry screening, vibrating grizzlies and scalping screens); Deck checks and panel change outs, de-pegging, working in conjunction with control for fault finding, un-bridging feeders and maintenance preps and permits.• Belt conveyers, apron feeders and transfer chutes; online & off line inspections, wear and tear checks, monitoring for hot and damaged rollers, belts damage, belt tracking and under speed, clearing blockage and build-up, roller and idler change-outs, removal of foreign objects, pulley lagging verification and counterweight tensioning.• Stackers and yard stockpiles operations; adept in manual stacking, bogey inspections, stacker changes, stockpile monitoring, grease and lube line running checks,

I was responsible for supervising the geotechnical lab area where my accountabilities for this role included; safety performance, monitoring sample turnaround times and ensuring correct logging of incoming samples. The working roster involved afternoon, weekend and nights shifts. Main responsibilities include; production control and monitoring the production process; from chemical ingredient ratios to chemical reaction rates ensuring the efficient manufacture of the chemical products. Other duties include transportation of raw materials and finished products through the chemical plant using forklifts and assisting with the loading and unloading of raw materials and chemicals, requiring the knowledge of chemical hazards, safety procedures, and regulations governing the transport of hazardous chemicals.
