Clients include members of the coal and gas furnace industry, industrial robotics, aerospace, a electroni part radiation testing and qualification company, the healthcare industry, counterfeit currency industry, off grid power providers, gamma ray detector designers, and a Physically Unclonable Function (PUF) start up.Athens has provided solutions in the area of design, fabrication, test and delivery of a fully functioning 3-Axis Motor Controller PWB. We produced a first of its kind, low cost imaging coal flame pyrometer and distributed computer system that produces 32 temperature images each second for 500MW coal furnaces. In the realm of IOT, we have produced products in the area of low power digital/web interface to digital and analog instrumentation, motor positioning and control interfaces to allow remote monitoring and control of instruments either wired or wireless. We have performed system level part stress analysis of an electronic cash system that had a small number of units suffering from an internal part issue in the field and provided solutions to extend these units to normal operating life. We have also analyzed and provided the design solution for a Karaoke system with analog noise interference. This is the type of work Athens performs to let our clients and partners achieve their goals.
