In addition to traditional Real Estate practice, I work extensively with bank owned, REO, properties, in particular, FHLMC, "Freddie Mac"​, FNMA, "Fannie Mae: and VA. The bank owned properties involve a very intensive process and attention to coordinating several activities, regarding managing each property out of redemption throughout to the eventual sale. These activities include managing: utilities, city inspections, market analysis; weekly property inspections; dealing with municipalities and local ordinances; property repairs for preservation, and to meet neighborhood expectations; property expenses; marketing and representing the Seller/bank during the offer process, through the actual closing. Also, for the company, manage the expenses and invoices associated with all the bank owned properties, which includes gathering invoices for all fees and expenses associated with each properties, and processing invoices for payment and reimbursements. Working as a liaison with Freddie Mac, vendors, contractors, municipalities, realtors and buyers. Improved efficiencies associated with Freddie Mac “score card” performance reports, and sustained favorable scores and further improvements; Saved company thousands of dollars with improved processes. Increased retail sale opportunities by 75%, and increased cash flow for additional projects and revenue through more efficient processes.

Preparing financial analysis for clients, and working with agents to cross-sell the financial services to the Allstate property and casual clients. Worked with multiple agencies to cross-sell the financial services; Created a marketing plan for each office, and worked with, and trained employees and agents in each office to meet the office goals, and successfully fulfill the company’s strategic initiatives. Managed own practice.

Responsibilities included working with clients on standard financial planning, as well as business and strategic planning for the division and working with the mortgage offices and loan officers throughout several Michigan markets to cross sell the financial services to their mortgage clients. Also to bring in new mortgage clients, through the financial planning services. The company did not have a Michigan Financial Planning Division. It was my responsibility, along with my team, to develop the financial planning division in Michigan.
