Develop, maintain, and deliver basic, intermediate, and advanced Motion Imagery (MI) exploitation training classes to government agencies and the Department of Defense (DoD). Teach the application of MI techniques and instruct on the theory, techniques, procedures, and sensors used to produce digital and hardcopy MI intelligence products. Other duties include development and revision of MI courses, conduct on-podium instruction of developed courseware, management of students and classroom work and activities. Also help create new course curriculum in conjunction with government analysts, management, and members of the Intelligence Community (IC). Support assessments of the organization’s challenges using this specialized expertise; contribute to the execution of a project or task plan; and helps assess the impact of industry trends, policy or standard methodologies. Activities are conducted in support of the project team’s objectives while working closely with senior specialists.

Responsible for exploiting both Full-motion Video and National Technical Means (NTM) imagery in a 24x&, 365 day, work environment within a multi-agency operational environment. Supported current counter-terrorism operations and frequently researched target areas related to the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Completed time-sensitive all-source intelligence products related to the GWOT and current terrorism issues. Complied materials used to brief high-level decision makers in the Intelligence Community and US Government.

• Coordinate airspace integration with all controlling agencies and participating units and employ the MQ-1 Predator in direct combat support of nation's elite Special Operations Forces in OEF and OIF. Conducted 3,399 full-motion video hours. • Instruct and perform multi-role RPA (Remote Piloted Aircraft) ops support with real-time combat mission planning, real-time intelligence analysis, and cross-cue to train the next generation of Mission Controllers. Logged 220+ mission training hours, and over 150 classroom training hours.• Ensure flight and mission planning are completed prior to flight using all applicable publications, weather sources, and intelligence• Request clearance from appropriate agencies, monitor flight path for safety of navigation and ensure appropriate checklists are completed• Monitor mission progress, flight parameters, and navigation, and adjust mission as required
