As a Manager Customer Experience Analytics at GM Financial (GMF), I lead a team of analysts who provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the customer journey and satisfaction. I leverage my skills in data analysis, business, and problem solving, as well as my certification in Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA), to deliver impactful reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.I joined GMF in 2015 as a Customer Experience phone agent. In 2017, I was afforded the opportunity to lead an operational team which helped me cut my teeth in leadership. Following in 2019,a leap into analytics as a Product Development Analyst, after graduating with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Governors University. I quickly advanced to a Pricing Analyst II role, where I applied my accounting knowledge and analytical skills to optimize pricing strategies and models. In 2022, I transitioned to my current role, where I combine my passion for analytics and leadership to empower my team and the organization. My long-term goal is to continue growing with GMF and enhancing my storytelling abilities through data and analytics. I am grateful for the opportunities and challenges that GMF has offered me, and I look forward to my continued journey with the company.
