I am a member of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. Previously, I spent seven years as a member of the firm’s Shareholder Rights Practice Group, representing individual and pension plan investors in complex litigation to improve corporate governance practices and recover lost assets for shareholders of publicly traded companies. I have litigated cases involving antitrust violations, accounting fraud, insider trading, false and misleading statements, and other types of fiduciary and corporate misconduct at public and private companies.

I dedicated my practice to representing plaintiffs in complex litigation including shareholder derivative actions, securities class actions, antitrust actions, and consumer class actions. - Prepared for a two-week bench trial by assisting at depositions, organizing discovery, drafting motions in limine, preparing materials in Trial Director, organizing witnesses, drafting direct and cross-examinations, and helping prepare closing arguments.- Drafted legal memoranda and motions including demurrers and oppositions to motions to compel and performed legal research on a variety of civil litigation issues.- Conducted document review, assisted in preparing responses to discovery requests, and created privilege logs.

- Wrote three reply briefs dealing with a variety of criminal law issues that were submitted to the Colorado Court of Appeals.- Attended oral arguments in the Colorado Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals

- Prepared to first-chair a felony trial including hiring, consulting, and preparing an expert witness. - Wrote and argued a variety of motions including motions to dismiss, suppress evidence, and to obtain disciplinary records of police officers. - Assisted on a death penalty case, writing a twenty page research memo on evidentiary issues.- Represented defendants at misdemeanor arraignments, sentencing, and preliminary hearings.
