The current projects I'm responsible for are:- Four HMS USA customers on ICOMS product running on IBM iSeries AS400 platformSome of them are PCI-DSS compliant customers. HMS is a type of solution when all equipment is located at my Company’s premises; customers have VPN or dedicated circuits and connect to certain services of the solution.All responsibilities related to equipment allocation (power, cooling, racking/stacking), availability, health, support, incident management, HW/SA budgeting, efforts estimate, performance are on us.- A Saudi Arabia project is a full-managed service at customer's premises.I have been involved from very beginning of the project at a stage of Blueprints.My area of responsibility is:- Physical allocation, labeling, wiring, name convention- Vendor management (HW/SW support, smart hands, etc)- Change control via Change Management department (replaces, upgrades, resizing, new access, new integrations, network access, AAA, OS patches, etc)Previous internal projects:- Our Company went through several acquisition of other companies, which I was directly involved to from IT perspective- I completed migration of equipment from Canadian and Indian offices to our DC in the USA (new infrastructure build, parallel build, data migration)- I completed migration of equipment from the UK DCs to our USA DCs (new infrastructure build, parallel build, data migration)- I completed migration of equipment from one US DC to the other (new infrastructure build, parallel build, data migration)Previous external projects:- Deployment of our software solution onto infrastructure provided by a customer in Japan- Supported and migrated acquired post-paid and pre-paid BSS solutions inherited from other Company to our Company's DCs in the USA

- Gathering hardware requirements for customers' environments- Improving and support of corporate networking infrastructure and telephony services (Cisco eqpt, Cisco Call Manager Express)- Planning environment’s build (procurement, installation, configuration, support)- Efforts estimate- IT work coordination- Incident management
