Current5050consulting May 2019- ongoing This is the new vehicle for my independent consulting, Team Development, Leadership Development and resolving complex human dynamics in organisation large or small. The name comes from the idea of joint responsibility. The consultant doesn’t take all the responsibility/ownership of the issue but shares it with the client and aims to facilitate the client diagnosing and resolving the challenge themselves. Also in relationships, work and personal, its best to work from a 50- 50 perspective, I am as responsible for it as you are. It’s a good but challenging starting point. And my friend Simon Cavicchia says ‘I take 100% responsibility for my 50%’
