• Coordinate and oversee research staff in five Intermountain Healthcare facilities• Responsible for day-to-day research operations, including oversight of staff, resources, schedule, study participants, protocols and compliance• Assist Principal Investigators and Regulatory Coordinators with study initiation• Collaborate with research teams and clinicians with project identification, data collection, data analysis and compliance • Develop subject matter expertise for all research studies to be a training and troubleshooting resource• Develop and manage study and department budgets• Facilitate and coordinate trainings and development activities for research staff• Conduct leadership meetings and interact with various work groups as assigned

• Conduct monthly meetings with IMC executive leadership and council members• Identify and develop individuals aligned with the EAC mission and prospective leadership capacity• Passionate about employee recognition and lobbied to expand the current recognition program by creating a new Recognition Chair role and encouraging all levels of hospital managers to acknowledge and publicly thank employees for extraordinary efforts• Oversee and coordinate multiple EAC chair positions to plan and implement events• Promote facility-wide culture improvement initiatives through caregiver engagement and presentations

• Develop and administer regular trainings as Team Lead of a clinical research site• Create and improve processes to achieve research objectives• Address and rectify any performance or procedural concerns within the department• Coordinate with multiple research sites to promote new and ongoing research studies• Ensure all clinical procedures and documentation complies with strict research protocols
