Over 28 years of experience as Director and Principal of BIS Canterbury Group, a strategic business consulting firm I co-founded in Singapore. I have led and delivered sensitive and complex projects for various clients across the APAC region and beyond. A proven track record of conducting due diligence, running M&A initiatives, and developing and executing forward-thinking business strategies and transformation plans for top global banks, central banks, government agencies, large corporations, as well as prominent private companies, family offices, and private equity investors.During the COVID Lockdowns I was focused on rolling out innovative technology solutions that underpin new digital banks, FinTechs, and traditional banks as they accelerated their digital transformation initiatives. Having grown up in a medical family, I have also been interested in Biosciences, which evolved from my early interest in medical sciences and life sciences. Invested considerable time researching and working on renewable energy projects since the 1990’s, when my interest was initially drawn to GeoThermal energy projects located across the vast Indonesian archipelago.I am motivated by taking on challenging projects that require key stakeholders to think laterally, while constantly embracing change. Have led multi-cultural teams and business partners alike to deliver successful project outcomes, often silencing the naysayers who were convinced we would never succeed.I always leverage my Corporate Advisory work through my detailed understanding of the local and regional business practices across the APAC Region.In addition, I bring extensive experience gained from conducting several turnarounds which required detailed interactions with staff plus understanding of the P&L’s relating to several companies who operated across different verticals.
