In addition to the good practice research conducted current state analysis from key HR and business stakeholders to understand the current landscape of HR.I delivered presentations to stakeholders of varying levels of seniority, developing recommendations and action items. Programme management was another activity I was involved in which included updating, consolidating status reports managing an action logs ensuring that all items were logged and closed when the issue was resolved. I documented workstream progress and activities and presented a dashboard for HRLT with some insights and recommendations based on the discussions from cross workstream meetings.I also created materials to be used by the HRLT in senior off-site activities, and comms for leadership to communicate to the wider HR population in Townhall meetings. I worked with a number of senior stakeholders in developing the communications produced to inform an affected population about the new framework and structure of that population. This included taking part in workshops with a committee of senior stakeholders to ensure the content and language was fit for purpose, gathering data and capturing it in proposals and various for the review of Board. The work Michael was involved with was also visible to the CEO, Chairman and the Executive, as this programme is endorsed by these key members of the Firm. -
