• Served as a keyholder responsible for the opening and closing of the shop on time anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week.• Responsible for the counting and safe storage of the cash taken in by the shop at the end of a shift as well as the storage and preparation of the cash drawers for use the next day.• Responsible for the resolution of problems brought to the attention of any staff member by customers to ensure the customer is satisfied with the outcome.• Responsible for the instruction and managing of colleagues during a shift and ensuring that all duties assigned to colleagues are completed in a timely manner• Involved with the stocking of products into the correct sections on the shop floor, the checking in and signing off on deliveries arriving to the shop and with serving customers on tills.

6 month INTRA placement as part of my third year studying Computer Applications in Dublin City UniversityRoles and Responsibilites:• Management of the build agents (10 remote desktops) which are used to run the automated tests for the services and applications in the continuous integration platform. • Creation of new projects on the TeamCity platform for any newly developed services and applications and giving members of the development teams of these projects the appropriate access rights.• Observation and Inspection of the results of automated nightly builds and the resolution of any errors which occur during these nightly builds.• Editing of build and project configurations to accommodate any changes made to projects or services made by the development teams.
