Senior Inspector
Current- Performs monthly site observations to review and opine on construction and renovation payment requests (Application for Payment).- Attends monthly requisition meetings to review project status with owner, contractor, design professional, lending institution and other project stakeholders.- Reviews project meeting minutes and logs including but not limited to, submittal, controlled inspection, permit, change order, and shop drawings.- Issues site observation reports commenting on payment requests, overall job status including plan/specification adherence, work quality, workforce, housekeeping, trade coordination, schedule, delays, potential delays, overruns, shop drawings, stored materials, change orders, permitting and submittals.- Communicates regularly between client and field representatives to ensure known and potential risk factors are identified and managed properly.- Provides customer service to clients and other stakeholders.
