Michael B. O’Neil, PhD is a renowned executive educator and coach with over 27years of coaching and executive development experience. An entrepreneur, Mike established his first company in 1980 growing it into a multi-million dollar executive training and development firm servicing such high profile customers as Xerox Corporation, IBM, and ADP as well as a host of smaller mid market and entrepreneurial organizations. His international experience includes working with corporations and executive teams in London, Paris, Milan and Toronto.An expert in large scale change initiatives and interventions, Dr. O’Neil has a successful record of accomplishment coaching executives who are involved in managing major transformation and turnaround situations. He was instrumental in developing Xerox Corporation’s turnaround strategy using the platforms of quality improvement, team building, and executive development. Xerox Corporation subsequently won the Malcolm Baldridge Award, the US Governments highest recognition for quality improvement.
