I am a well motivated manager who brings a wide range of experience from a lifetime of work in the corporate and non corporate sectors.I have operated here in Australia and in postings abroad notably in Kenya and South Africa during my earlier career with Caltex Oil.More recently I have operated in a consulting capacity to a couple of sme’s notably at C Plant Industries and now in my current position at Austrack Equipment.Austrack is a young and extremely energetic company that is active in providing heavy construction equipment mainly on hire to major infrastructure contractors especially in the Pipeline construction sector.During my time at Austrack we have moved into the manufacturing area with the development and recent launch of the in house designed SafeVac pipe lifter.This has been very well received by our customers and whilst still at an early stage promises significant growth for the Company going forward.My major attributes are clear focus on objectives and the essential people skill to harness a team to realise those shared objectives. I am well versed in project management and have a particular interest in developing marketing and advertising and promotional programmes to support overall company growth objectives.
