- Responsible for the performance management agenda and driving the performance through KPI structure, internal reporting and business reviews. - Collaborated with the management team in the Europe region and Expansion region, which had a total of EUR 140 million yearly turnover.

- Responsible for Business Finance within Sales and Marketing for the core Bang & Olufsen segment.- Business partner for our 5 regional directors (Europe, US, China, Expansion and Enterprise) and for the Vice President for Global Marketing.- Implemented a new performance management structure with new internal reporting and monthly and quarterly business review with B&O Group Management and regional directors.- Managed a team with 15 employees.

Munich Area, Germany

- Took on the Managing Director position in Germany (70 Employees), Switzerland (8 Employees) and Austria (4 Employees) and the responsibility of build and develop a Business Controlling department across Europe.- Helped plan and execute the merging of two Sales Regions, Central South Europa and North West Europe into one Sales Region for Europe. The 12 companies had a total of 170 million EUR in yearly turnover.- Collaborated with the B&O management team in Europe.

Munich Area, Germany

- Took over the responsibility of Sales in Germany and Austria, which resulted in a growth of 18% in the German Market and 14% in the Austrian Market. The 2 markets had a total of EUR 50 million in yearly turnover.- Part of a project group that planned and executed the merging of two Sales Regions, Central Europa and Southern Europe into the new Central South Region.- Changed the structure of the sales team and consolidated the distribution in these markets by closing around 35 stores and opening bigger and better stores.

- Responsible for the business controlling and distribution development processes in 3 companies with sales activities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The 3 companies had a total of EUR 70 million in yearly turnover.- Part of the project group that planned and executed an extensive restructuring plan within the Bang & Olufsen Group.- Collaborated with the B&O management team in Central Europe.
