Also using appropriate tools to transfer or escalate technical issues when out of scope or offer a valid work around solutions to ensure overall customer experience Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcome of resolutions, ensuring accurate resolution and timely resolution of all assigned issues

• Automate Network Configuration changes like NSG rule updates and Load Balancing rule changes while leveraging Terraform and Azure ARM Template.• Selecting appropriate Cloud services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements and migrating complex, multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms as a cloud architect.• Assist with managing, maintaining, monitoring, and securing (including data security) of all servers including installations, upgrades, patches, and documentation using Azure Automation account, Log Analytics, Grafana.• Troubleshoot issues on IaaS, and PaaS environment and provide the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels.• Build a docker file with app code and compose several inter-connected images into a docker compose files and push to Docker Hub, Docker-registries, and Azure Container Registry.• Implement all aspects of Azure Infrastructure IAM, Security, Logging, Networking, Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform, CI/CD infrastructure, Dev-Ops.• Attend Standups, work on PBIs, coordinate retrospectives and present demo weekly.• Setup repos and branches on Azure Git, merging code from release/development branch to master branch and make it ready for deployment.• Utilized and supported use of GitLab Runners and Jenkins for Continuous Integration (CI) to implement CI.
