Responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of membership events for Season Plan Holders of the Washington Nationals. • Led the development team tasked with the Red Carpet Rewards Loyalty Program expansion through increased focus on fan engagement while delivering memorable experiences and items.• Designed and created content for the Nationals’ season plan holder website.• Deployed all email communications for Season Plan Holders, including RSVP instructions for all membership events and a monthly newsletter.• Successfully managed promotional item orders and vendor relationships. • Responsible for the in-game management, staff scheduling, and general maintenance of the Washington Nationals’ Season Plan Holder Lounge and Red Carpet Rewards Center, areas within Nationals Park dedicated to fan assistance.• Coordinated with various department managers to develop, identify, and execute key initiatives for client services and annual account retention.
