The role as a Data Center Facility Manager included direct report responsibility for a Technical Team maintaining critical infrastructure assets, managing 6 mission critical sites with 99.999% uptime housing over 200 customers, and OPEX CAPEX asset management.Responsibilities include:- Staff development, growth and technical skills- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Generators, UPS systems, High (above 1000V) and Low Voltage Electrical Systems, DC systems, Coolingand Heating systems (chillers, dry coolers, pumps, heat exchangers,CRAH/CRAC units, district cooling and heating systems), Fire SuppressionSystems, Building Management Systems (BMS/SCADA), Power Monitoring Systems, etc.- Technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, Method of Procedures, and creator, reviewer and approver of, preventive and corrective maintenance on critical infrastructure- Assuring a safe work environment for the Company, Colleagues, and Customers.- Sub-contractor management including procurement, review of yearly contracts, scheduling, planning, performance follow-up, and holding meetings with Upper Management, Stakeholders, and Contractors.- Support various accreditation initiatives and cyber security audit support (SOC2, PCI, ISO audits)- Perform root cause analysis on critical infrastructure incidents, and create/edit/resolve/close incident reports and execute any required upgrade;- On-call technical escalation 24/7/365- Ongoing process improvement and implementation- Supporting departments such as Sales, Finance, Design & Engineering, Customer Implementation, Customer Service, Projects and Commissioning
