 Conduct routine check of packaging machines Components and all electrical systems Replace, repair and maintain varieties of packaging machine parts such as: Electric motors, series of bearings, cutters, conveyors, rollers, sensors, Reduction gear box, sealing jaws, film roller and heaters etc Carry out regarding, resetting and calibration of various packaging machine parameters to suit products Work in compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies. Servicing, repair and maintenance of series of gearbox ranging from ABB, bonfiglioli, SEW and servo motor Servicing and replacement of part of air compressor such as air filter, oil filter, compressor lubricant and belt Analyze potential problem and suggest corrective actions. Carry out various packaging machine installation Manage repair and maintenance requests promptly. Provide assistance to other Engineers when needed. Develop preventive maintenance programs and support in energy conservation improvements. Ensure that engineering equipment and tools are properly cleaned, stored and maintained in good conditions. Training other engineering personnel and assist in planning, coordinating and executing projects. Keep complete records and documentation relating to warnings, repairs and replacement in line with company procedure  Carrying out risk assessments and Providing technical advice. A team member of technicians in PIT stop/maintenance on board production line with zero uptime and preventive production losses, downtime and equipment breakdown
