Prepare Quality Management System Manual align to Operational Excellence of P&TSD.Review and approve the Master Project Quality Plan of Construction and Pre-commissioning Phase for project with BI-10-2313.Organize meetings for Quality related issues with all the PQLs and other concern personnel. Coordinate quality related correspondence to all Project Quality Leaders from Proponent Pipeline Department Kingdom Wide (NAPD, EWPD & SAPD).Ensure that all open action items from the outstanding minutes of meeting are on progress. Prepare Master Project Quality Plan of Construction phase for project with BI-10-1194. Coordinate to Inspection Department regarding implementation and applicability of Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedure, SAEP-068 for C1 Type Projects. Focal point for Construction Contractors at site relating to the quality program.Ensure approved ITPs implemented as per the control points and focal points for RFIs.Liaise with the inspectors to ensure appropriate inspection coverage.Review and approve Supplier/Subcontractor quality control plans, Inspection & Test plans and procedures.Review, Witness and Monitor inspection activities in accordance with the approved Suppliers/Sub-contractors quality control plans and ITPs.Monitor closeout of site Contractor, Supplier and Subcontractor non-conformances.Ensure that all quality records are identified and retained in accordance with project requirements.Provide performance data as requested for reporting purposes.
