With over 15 years of experience in event hospitality and retail management, I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality to a diverse range of clients and customers. I am currently the Managing Director at The Daily Grind, a UK-based catering company that specializes in providing coffee and snacks at various events and venues across the country.As the Managing Director, I am responsible for optimising the sales strategy and profitability of the business, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards, and leading a team of dedicated and skilled staff. I also leverage my network and connections in the hospitality, leisure, and tourism industry to promote the company's brand and reputation, as well as my own personal brand as a Springboard Ambassador. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to expand my horizons and grow my career. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management at the University of Kent, to enhance my knowledge and skills in this field.
