• Lead Corporate Finance team which manages all aspects of the Company’s global financial operations, including financial reporting, planning, treasury, taxation, internal audit and investor relations.• Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior management and Audit Committee, including the quarterly and annual MD&A, quarterly press releases and annual reports.• Manage the Company’s treasury activities, which involve the renegotiation of a $300 million syndicated credit facility and global cash management. In 2010, participated in the private placement of Calfrac’s US$450 million senior unsecured notes which were subsequently increased to US$600 million in 2013.• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, including the preparation of Board of Director materials.• Coordinate Calfrac’s NI 52-109 compliance process, including overall risk assessment, completion of testing program and development of recommendations to strengthen key internal control systems.• Participated as senior member of team charged with implementing the transition from Canadian generally accepted accounting principles to IFRS in 2011.• Coordinate external audit process to ensure delivery of efficient and effective audit services.
