Lead team of 30 personnel responsible for facilitating Federal Recognition of Army National Guard officer promotions, as well as oversight of selection boards to identify the individuals best qualified for promotion, leadership positions, and continuing education. Coordinate directly with Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) and Army Human Resources Command (HRC).

Served as a U.S. Army Interagency Fellow in the Bureau for Legislative and Public Affairs. Prepared senior leaders for Congressional testimony, briefings, and meetings. Responsible for the health, welfare, and training of 134 soldiers; and communications equipment worth $25 million. Decreased soldier attrition and expanded the percentage of qualified technicians directly leading to increased unit readiness.

Monitored civil-military communication activities throughout the Iraqi Theater of Operations and analyzed potential effects on multi-national operations. Planned and coordinated the Transfer of Authority for over 50 communication sites; produced over 150 addenda to mission orders for the Commander, Multi National Corps-Iraq.
