- Support users with issues and questions- Record issues / bugs to the correct teams and help find a solution to the problem- Test and approve Issue / bug fixes- Think of new functions and test them when ready- Write test scripts and scenario's- Come up and write procedures- Set up user training and train users- Work on SAP implementation projects at various Honeywell locations (worldwide)- Test system updates- Provide advice to other departments regarding availability of requestedfunctionality in the system- Help gather data for reports

- Repair defective products (barcode scanners)- Update repair status, diagnosis and solution in the RMA (Return MerchandiseAuthorization) system- Help the logistics department when needed

- Support customers with issues / questions- Duplicate issues reported by customer- Troubleshoot issues remotely via Remote desktop- Log new requests in CRM system

- Maintain the repair system- Register new repairs for customers- Provide customers with status updates regarding their repairs- Maintain replacement parts / products warehouse- Test and update replacement parts / products

- Support customers with issues / questions- Duplicate issues reported by customer- Work with main office in China to solve customer's issues (firmware issues, patches, etc)- Maintain customers repairs in the system

- Check incoming goods for quality issues- Test incoming hardware- Work with main office in Taiwan regarding known quality issues

- Setup the Customer Care department- Support customers with issues / questions- Duplicate issues reported by customer- Rework hardware at customer's site

- Assembly of industrial computers- Install and configure computers for use- Test computers- Resolve any issues in the process
