• Full P/L responsibility for Burckhardt's North American organization handling new unit compressor sales and order execution.• Directly managed Front Sales, Engineering, Project Mgmt, Purchasing, Quality, Finance and Human Resources. • Represented Burckhardt on key industry committees such as API, CHBC (California Hydrogen Business Council) and ICAAMC (International Compressor Applications & Machinery Committee)• Lead the US team responsible for quoting, securing and executing Burckhardt's 1st order for an API-618 hydrogen compressor in a US refinery.• Developed a Project Execution organization with a proven track record for improving margins, generating change orders and delivering high levels of Client satisfaction.

• Ownership over and full P/L responsibility for a 350+ employee organization with primary manufacturing facilities in the US, Canada, Germany and England. Reported directly to Energy Group Chief Executive Officer.• Grew divisional ebitda 30+% from 2013 to 2015 by implementing a strategy focused on improved ETO project execution, lean manufacturing, supply chain partnerships, and commercial discipline.• Expanded manufacturing capabilities in the US, Asia, and South America as part of growth strategy focused on lowest landed cost and best in class cycle time. • Implemented a process to drive pricing discipline with trading partners including tiered rankings, performance based discounts, global price lists and elimination of unapproved discounting.• Created a global installation database to drive sales and customer connectivity efforts with targeted clients, expanding the Aftermarket organization by leveraging internal and 3rd party resources to provide faster coverage in key markets.• Devised a cost reduction program, which generated $2M in 2016 savings without jeopardizing the strategy to strengthen the order capture organization.• Successfully restructured the organization to eliminate a plant centric sales structure.• Executed a sales incentive plan that eliminated “group” targets and provided clear individual goals for account managers.

• Spearheaded a global 500+ person organization with primary facilities in Houston TX, Salina KS, Oklahoma City OK, Gaomi China, and Milan Italy.• Member of the senior leadership team, which successfully divested and transitioned the reciprocating compressor division for Cameron to GE Oil and Gas.• Successfully implemented an S&OP process to improve monthly forecasting accuracy including use of statistical models for spare parts booking estimates.• Restructured the Reciprocating Operations focusing on “Centers of Excellence”. Program involved consolidating compressor assembly in OKC, manufacturing in Houston and closure of the Ponca City, OK facility. • Accelerated a $24M, highly specified, compressor packaging project for year-end delivery, contributing to largest revenue quarter in business history. • Promoted a behavioral based focus on safety across the division resulting in a 2013 TRIR less than 0.75 with the Salina, KS facility earning the CEO’s Safety award 4 consecutive years for achieving 7 years without a recordable incident.

P/L responsibiliy for the process systems and reciprocating new unit business covering the NATCO, SUPERIOR and AJAX product lines with manufacturing facilities in Houston TX, Magnolia TX, Electra TX and Oklahoma City OK.

Directly responsible for the Engineering & New Product Development (NPD) organization covering gas engines, reciprocating high speed compressors and centrifugal compressors. Led the NPD Funnel Process for evaluating, prioritizing and executing development projects from concept to commercialization. Supervised a multi-disciplined technical team located in Houston TX, Buffalo NY, Salina KS, Oklahoma City OK and Coimbatore India.

Worked directly with key members of SHELL worldwide to promote, expand, and leverage the Alliance relationship from both a commercial and technical perspective while providing strategic direction to the company on how to maximize the benefits from the relationship.

Led a $125M+ Aftermarket Business unit focused on improving the performance & reliability of client’s equipment by implementing customized solutions utilizing latest product technologies. Area of responsibility included centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines and integral gas engines.

Managed 30+ employees responsible for developing, quoting and designing revamp/upgrade solutions for centrifugal compressor customers.

Led an Aftermarket growth initiative to proactively engage and educate Oil & Gas clients on customized solutions for their existing installed base.

Directly supervised the Advanced Aero, Aero Performance, Rotor Dynamics, Solid Mechanics, Acoustics and Material Sciences technology teams.
